After countless speeches on losing her, too many performances sang about her and an entire flopped album dedicated to her, I’d say it’s about time Robin Thicke waves the white flag on his marriage.
The “Blurred Lines” crooner admitted to those around him that his relationship to Paula Patton has seen its last days, proving his realization by listing their Los Angeles home on Monday.
Sources connected to the R&B singer Has said an attorney is already working on a financial settlement and separating their assets.
However, neither Thicke nor Patton has hired a divorce lawyer quite yet. Thicke is refusing to file for divorce, forcing his estranged wife to make the move instead.
Nonetheless, he says he’s done begging and is ready to move on with his life. It appears he finally realized that using his “heart break” over the divorce as a means to sell a new album really doesn’t work all that well.
Thicke’s recently released Paula album completely flopped, selling only sold 24,000 copies in the United States, 530 copies in the United Kingdom and a dismal 54 copies in Australia.
